One million man hours have gone without any lost time due to injury or accidents, according to developers of Qatar's flagship Musheireb scheme
A strict inspection policy, third-party auditing, training programmes and international regulations have helped Dohaland achieve the remarkable feat, company officials revealed
"This milestone is a reflection of the strict local and international standards that we have applied throughout the project," explained project director Mohammadd Al Marri
He added that the achievement highlights the company's "commitment to the highest standards of safety management", as well as the welfare of people working on the project
